OUR HISTORY

The Coal Creek Ranch community is stunning community with breath taking views located within the City of Louisville, Colorado. The community is surrounded by the award winning Coal Creek Ranch public golf course. The Coal Creek Ranch Master Association is a planned unit development that consists of 486 homes, with 2 sub-associations. The community was first incorporated in 1988 and was the first PUD in the Town of Louisville and the first development for Chuck Bellock, Community Development Group. In the 1980’s, John Sackett, past CEO of Avista Adventist Hospital and Chuck Bellock approached three original landowners with the concept that is now Coal Creek Ranch. The community features classic brick entrance monuments, professionally manicured open space, a modern updated clubhouse for community events and more. There is also a community pool which includes a kiddie pool. The pool is surrounded by pergolas, and numerous chairs and tables for lounging by the pool on hot summer days. There is a playground and 2 professional tennis courts for play. Coal Creek Ranch has been professionally managed by Vista Management Associates, Inc. in Westminster, CO for over 25 years.
