Chris Bianco - President
My wife Jamie and I have enjoyed living in Coal Creek Ranch since we moved from Superior in 2012. We have two girls Kate and Anna that are 3rd and 4th graders at Monarch. I coach a 4th/5th grade girls soccer team for the Louisville Rec league. I work from home and own Indra's Net which is Boulder's largest and oldest internet service provider. I am good with computers, websites and email. I want to contribute more to this community and the Board seems like a great place to do that. I try to help out with community projects whenever I can.

Guy Greenstein - Vice President
I have lived in three houses in Coal Creek Ranch South since 1995 – 496 Muirfield Circle, 954 St. Andrews Lane and most recently, 931 St. Andrews Lane. Prior to April, I had not been involved in the HOA over the years, but felt it was an important time to help out where and how I could. Simply put, I love our neighborhood and am anxious to continue doing what I can to help keep it the best neighborhood in the best town in America.
I have worked as an attorney in Louisville since 2004. I do a lot of mediation and arbitrations, and have been a hearing officer for the City of Boulder Housing Department. I think I have a good sense of how to best interact with people, how to understand what is important to them, and how to come to resolutions that are best for everyone. That said, I also have no problem making tough decisions when they have to be made - and we have had to make some over the past eight months. Coal Creek Ranch is near and dear to me and I will be there for many years to come. I want to continue helping to make our part of town the best it can be. As for the rebuilding process in particular, I will do whatever I can to make the process go smoothly, fairly and in the best interests of the individual homeowners and the community.

Lisa Wieland - Secretary
Hi, my name is Lisa Wieland. I have lived in Coal Creek Ranch for 12 years and have made some great friends in the neighborhood over this time. I have previously served on an HOA board in the Outer Sunset area of San Francisco. I really enjoy being part of neighborhood activities to maintain our shared spaces and I'm interested in being of greater service to my community. I have a teenage son who has met a bunch of great friends right here in the neighborhood, attended Monarch PK8 and is now at Monarch High School. We have two big, goofy dogs and one indoor cat. I am invested in supporting our neighbors to recover and return back home, and in contributing to the safety and maintenance of CCR in relationship with our environment and the needs of our homeowners.
I work from home, as a Principal Technical Program Manager for a software company and have been in the tech field for 25+ years. I enjoy walking with friends, neighbors and my dogs, writing and making my own perfumes. I usually get in a couple of ski days each season, but you'll more likely find me cozying up here at home puttering, reading, or breaking down boxes in my garage (for some reason I find that relaxing). I do love to attend live music shows and travel; especially to see family on the East Coast. I do not have a Boston accent but my fake one is pretty solid. I enjoy our Farmer's Market & other events, the Louisville Rec Center, and I spend lots of time dining local, and supporting shops and services in our downtown, and in Boulder and Denver.

Vicky Dellara - Treasurer
Hi, my name's Vicky Dellara. I'm originally from the UK and we've lived in CCR since June 2016. My husband's name is Bill and we have two great kids, aged 11 and 9. We have such a special neighborhood and have made some great friends here and in the wider community. I really enjoy how everyone cares about where they live and gets involved with neighborhood activities - I have organized a few myself since we moved here, mainly the annual Easter Egg Hunt for the last 2 years. I was also the PTO President for Monarch PK-8 for over 2 years (I was on the Board before) that and am still very involved with the school and volunteering there. Previous professional experience is in professional services marketing and I was also office manager for the company my husband works at in Cape Town when we lived there for 6 years which was really fun! I'd like to join the CCR HOA Board to support our neighborhood and keep giving back to our wonderful community.

Tom White - Member at Large
My wife and I grew up in Massachusetts then moved out here about 4 years ago. We bought and renovated a house in The Springs. I retired last June after a few decades in the import food industry, working in Inventory Management and then Sales. I was a board member and chair of a major trade association during that time. We love the neighborhood, city, and general area for the many things they have to offer. I'm a season pass-holder at Coal Creek Golf Course; we bike the local trails; we're regulars at the Rec Center gym; we hike in the mountains when the weather permits. I recently became a volunteer at the Community Food Share center and am looking for other ways to get involved more deeply in the community.

Mike Schnettler - Member at Large
Hi, Mike Schnettler here. My wife and I, and our two daughters, moved to the Coal Creek community in 2006. Being born and raised in Wisconsin meant that when I was accepted to CU in beautiful Boulder, I came running. After graduating with a mechanical engineering degree, I never wanted to leave, and I have lived in this area ever since. Our now-grown daughters attended Monarch Elementary, Middle, and High School, and Alison worked in the preschool at Monarch for many years. Alison is now working in the preschool at Louisville Elementary. Our older daughter lives and works in the aerospace industry in Denver, and our younger daughter is finishing her master’s degree in biomedical engineering in San Deigo, California. We love living in our Coal Creek community – being near the trail, kind neighbors, the golf course, close-by restaurants, great shopping, the rec center, and of our course our fabulous downtown area.
I have worked in and around the Boulder area for my whole career in a variety of technical industries, including being part of a team that created the Dream Chaser space shuttle. In the later portion of my career, I have primarily worked part time in project and budget management roles. These project and budget management experiences have provided me with a great background to be an effective board member for our HOA.

Andrea Kaufman Robbins - Member at Large
My name is Andrea Kaufman Robbins. My husband Chris, son Colin and I moved to Coal Creek Ranch in February 1994. In March of that year we learned we were pregnant with our identical twin daughters Kyle Beatrice and Chase Margaux. In our 30+ years here we raised our family, lost our house to "the" fire, and rebuilt a beautiful new home with more than a little help from our daughter Chase who is an architect and interior architect. We have also raised a number of English Springer Spaniels over the years. For nearly 30 years I worked in transportation for the City of Boulder, promoting transportation options--who knew it would take a pandemic to get our community and nation to leave their cars behind and thus improve our air quality!?! Following my retirement from the City of Boulder, I became a program manager for the University of Colorado Museum of Natural History and held a few other marketing/transportation related positions following this. All were fabulous and enabled me to work with many of our front range communities, boards, commissions and neighbors. I am now fully retired--aside from coaching ski racing at WP one day a week. I am also VP of our condo association board in Fraser, CO. You can often catch me out walking our dog Zelda or on my bike enjoying our sunshine and fresh air and contemplating how lucky we are to live here. I look forward to working with our community to build back our beautiful neighborhood and to getting to spend more time with old and new neighbors.
