Approved Rebuild Guidelines
Hello CCR Community,
We are pleased to deliver these final and approved New Construction Guidelines. It was designed to update the original guidelines to today’s building styles and materials, keeping fire resistant materials top of mind. We have consulted with architects, builders, designers, suppliers, real estate professionals, legal staff, and other communities (Waldo Canyon, Rock Creek and others). The Re-build committee has been active in this and will continue to work on the missing pieces such as Fence Guidelines and Landscaping.
We want to thank those in the community that have contributed, and for the many community members that provided feedback.
The guidelines have now been approved by the Architectural Committee.
